Certifications & Verification
What has been verified, what is documented, and what we will not claim without a paper to show you.
Stated Plainly, Card by Card
A certificate wall is only worth the documents behind it. Where a document exists, it says so. Where it has not been supplied to us yet, the card says “document pending” rather than showing a badge we cannot substantiate.
TÜV Rheinland Factory Audit
Factory verification has been completed with TÜV Rheinland, covering 8 inspection items. The audit report is released to qualified buyers on request; we do not reproduce its contents or reference numbers on a public page.
ISO 9001 Quality Management
A quality management certificate has not been supplied for publication. Our internal process is built on four inspection gates and 100% finished-goods inspection, which is described in detail on the company profile.
CE Marking
Where a project requires CE marking for the destination market, the applicable declaration is supplied with the shipment documentation. The scanned certificate is not published here yet.
SGS Inspection Reports
Third-party inspection can be arranged at the buyer's request before shipment. A sample report will be published once a client authorises its release.
RoHS & Material Compliance
Material declarations for stainless grade and coating are available per order. The consolidated RoHS statement is being prepared for publication.
UL / ETL Listing
We do not claim a UL or ETL listing. Refrigeration and electrical configuration is specified per destination — 110 V / 60 Hz for North America, 220 V / 50 Hz for Europe and most other markets — and confirmed at engineering review. If your code official requires a listed assembly, tell us before the deposit and we will say whether we can meet it.
Three Things We Will Not Do
Publish a number we cannot produce the document for
A certificate number on a website proves nothing. Any buyer can verify a claim in minutes, and an unverifiable badge costs more trust than an honest gap.
Show another factory's certificate as our own
Trade certificates are the most common form of misrepresentation in this industry. Ours are either in our legal name or they are not shown.
Publish client documents without written consent
Inspection reports and audit documents often contain commercial detail. They are released under NDA, not posted publicly.
What We Can Send You
Business licence and factory audit documentation are available to qualified buyers on request. Tell us what your procurement checklist requires and we will answer it item by item.
Ask for the Document Pack
Tell us which documents your procurement or QA team needs. We release audit reports, material certificates and inspection records to qualified buyers under NDA, usually within one working day.
