B2B Terms of Service & Commercial Warranty

1. Scope & Custom Fabrication

All quotations and manufacturing contracts provided by Guangdong Wine Decoration Warehouse Cellar Engineering Co., Ltd. are subject to confirmed CAD shop drawings and technical specifications signed off prior to production.

2. 3-Year Factory Warranty

We provide a comprehensive warranty covering:

• Compressors & Refrigeration Units: 3-Year complete replacement warranty on Embraco/Secop/Danfoss refrigeration systems.
• Stainless Steel & Structural Shells: 5-Year anti-corrosion and structural warranty on SUS304/SUS316 stainless steel fabrications under normal indoor ambient conditions.
• Electronic Sensors & LED Lighting: 2-Year component replacement warranty.

3. Shipping, Crating & Inspection

All overseas shipments are packed in reinforced, fumigation-free solid export plywood crates. Customers are advised to inspect the outer crate upon arrival. In the rare event of transit damage, replacement parts or complete assemblies will be expedited by air freight.

4. Governing Law

Commercial purchase contracts are governed under international trade terms (INCOTERMS 2020: EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP) as agreed in writing.
