Structural dimensions, hanging ceiling drop rods, wall-mounting bracket spacing, and bottle storage capacities are custom-engineered per client architectural drawings. Racking modules are engineered for installation within climate-conditioned wine rooms or insulated display enclosures; racking itself does not contain built-in active refrigeration machinery. Certified SUS 304 Solid Construction: Fabricated using solid 10mm–12mm SUS 304 stainless steel rods and 2.0mm heavy-duty mounting plates with chemical acid passivation for lifelong oxidation resistance in chilled, humid environments. Open-Grid Airflow Architecture: Engineered open-frame lattice design enables 100% unrestricted convective cooling air circulation from room cooling units, ensuring uniform bottle temperature distribution. Modular Scalability & Custom Sizing: Fully customizable modular dimensions (height, width, depth, and tier spacing) to fit any ceiling height, wall niche, or under-counter footprint.
