The cabinet walls are high-pressure injected with high-density, CFC-free polyurethane foam (45mm thickness) to achieve exceptional thermal insulation and minimize compressor run cycles. Structural door frames feature double-pane tempered glass units with Low-E reflective coatings that block 99% of harmful ultraviolet radiation while preserving optical clarity into the illuminated cabinet interior.
